Return policy
We have a no return policy, which means all sales are FINAL and Non-refundable after you receive your item.
Return will ONLY be in form of store credit.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Email us at
Damages and issues
If you have received a damaged product or have a missing item, please email us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@savricreations.com.
If the item is completely damaged and irreparable upon delivery, we will refund your order for the full amount. Please note that you will need to send us photographs of the damaged product within 24 hours of receipt for our independent review and decision. If the damage is a result of the customer’s negligence or improper handling of the product, as opposed to a manufacturing defect or courier’s fault, we will not accept claims of refund, repair or replacement.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as for instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an approved return from us will not be accepted.
